Vinog Faughnan SC

Vinog Faughnan SC is a Senior Counsel, Mediator, and Trust and Estate practitioner specialising in the areas of succession law, probate, trusts, and equity. He was called to the Bar in 1994, commenced practice in 1996, and was called to the inner Bar in 2010.

Prio to commencing practice he worked in the High Court Probate Office for 10 years, initially as a Junior Court Clerk and later as a Court Clerk.

Vinog is one of the founding members of the Probate Bar Association and was the inaugural Chair of the Association in 2019. He is a CEDR accredited Mediator since 2019, and as a Mediator he mediates exclusively in Probate & Succession & Trust/Equity matters.
