Ms. Justice Stack is a graduate of University College, Cork, the University of Cambridge, and the Honorable Society of the King’s Inns. She was formerly a lecturer in law in University College, Dublin, was called to the Bar in 1995, commenced practice in 1996, and took silk in 2013.
She was appointed to the High Court in March, 2021, and has been the Probate Judge hearing non-contentious matters in the Monday list since October, 2022. She also sits in the Chancery list.
In August, 2024, she was appointed Adjunct Professor of Law in University College, Cork, and since October, 2025, she has been the High Court Representative on the Registration of Deeds and Titles Rules Committee.
