Paula is a consultant to the firm of Gartlan Furey LLP and advises private clients and other solicitors on all matters relating to wills, trusts, probate and probate litigation matters.
Paula also works closely with their disputes resolution team on disputes relating to trusts, estates, and is very experienced in working with families resolving matters through mediation.
Paula has over 35 years experience working with private clients having worked for the last 20 years as a sole specialist practitioner in this area of law. Paula is the former chair of the Law Society’s Probate Administration and Trusts Committee and has lectured extensively for many years with the Law Society, the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners ( STEP) and various Bar Associations.
