Mark O’Riordan is a Barrister, Mediator, and Trust & Estate Practitioner specialising in the areas of succession law, probate, trusts, and equity. He was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2001. Prior to commencing practice, he was a Legal Researcher at the Law Reform Commission.
Mark was a founding committee member of the Probate Bar Association of Ireland, and remains a member of the Association. He is a CEDR accredited Mediator and is a member of the Council of the Honorable Society of King’s Inns.
Mark is also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), and a member of the Medico-Legal Society of Ireland.
