Elaine studied law in UCD, then studied in the Law Society of Ireland and was enrolled on the role of Solicitors with the Law Society in 2008.


Elaine trained in Regan McEntee & Partners Solicitors, Trim where she remained until she opened her own practice in Athboy in February 2022.


The firm specialises in probate, contentious probate and litigation, wills, capacity matters and conveyancing. Elaine is a regular face in the Law Society and is a member of the Probate Committee and PR Committee. Elaine is also very involved in the Meath Solicitors Bar Association and acted as Honorary Secretary and Treasurer for some years.


Elaine writes extensively on the area and contributes to the Sunday Independent, Irish Times, Business Post, Meath Chronicle and Westmeath Examiner.


Elaine also speaks on radio to include the Claire Byrne Show on RTÉ Radio 1, Midlands 103 and LMFM.


Elaine also appears on Ireland AM, Virgin Media addressing viewers on the topics of Wills and related matters.


Elaine has won various awards to include ‘Lawyer of the year, Leinster, 2021’, ‘Excellence in Client Care and Innovation 2023’ and ‘Sole Practitioner of the Year Award 2023’
