Ms. Justice Stack was appointed to the High Court in March, 2021, and has been
the Probate Judge hearing non-contentious matters in the Monday list since
October, 2022. She also sits in the Chancery list.
She is a graduate of University College, Cork, the University of Cambridge, and the
Honorable Society of the King’s Inns. She was called to the Bar in 1995, commenced
practice in 1996, and took silk in 2013.
